Application Process

Surface Preparation:
Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, grease, or loose particles. Use a wire or coir brush and water jet if necessary.
First Coat:
Apply the first coat of WhitePlast evenly and let it dry for 2–3 hours.
Second Coat:
Apply the second coat, allowing 6–12 hours for complete drying and hardening.
Finishing:
Smooth the surface using fine waterproof emery paper, then wipe clean with a soft cloth for a glossy, even finish.
Priming:
Apply Smart Primer before painting for maximum adhesion and brightness.

Coverage

Single Coat: 15–20 sq.ft/kg @ 0.5mm thickness
Double Coat: 7–10 sq.ft/kg @ 1mm thickness
