Application Process
- Surface Cleaning: Ensure the wall is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or fungi.
- Preparation: Use a wire/coir brush or sandstone for cleaning; water jet if necessary.
- First Coat: Apply the first coat of ALLTRATEK Putty evenly and let it dry for 2–3 hours.
- Second Coat: Apply the second coat and allow 6–12 hours for complete hard drying.
- Finishing: Rub the surface lightly with fine waterproof emery paper for a smooth, bright finish.
- Final Step: Remove dust with a soft cloth and apply ALLTRATEK Primer before painting.
Coverage
- Single Coat: 15–20 sq.ft/kg @ 0.5mm thickness
- Double Coat: 7–10 sq.ft/kg @ 1mm thickness
